Veeva CRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze business requirements for Veeva CRM solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on Veeva CRM functionalities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Veeva CRM system documentation.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align Veeva CRM with business processes.
• Support data migration integration and system testing activities.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for Veeva CRM.
• Manage CRM enhancement requests and system updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and efficiency.
• Lead the design and architecture of Veeva solutions based on business requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest Veeva releases features and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science information systems or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience in designing implementing and maintaining Veeva systems including Veeva CRM Veeva Vault or other Veeva applications.
• Strong understanding of Veeva data models configuration and customizations.
• Proficiency in Veeva development tools such as Veeva Configuration Workbench (VCW) Veeva Network or Veeva iRep.
• Experience with Veeva integration methods and technologies such as Veeva Web Services REST APIs or ETL tools.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or life sciences industry processes compliance requirements and regulations.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications in Veeva Administrator Veeva Developer or Veeva Architect are highly desirable
