Building Maintenance Techincian

As a Building Maintenance Technician youll beresponsible for general maintenance and small works in our commercial or residential buildings.

Your daily tasks will be

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and installations;
• Manage inventory and placing orders for materials and supplies when needed;
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work;
• Help the operating staff in the building with preparing for events setting up furniture and collecting items from our storage facilities;
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with pipes fixtures and appliances.

What we expect from you

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Ability to repair or fix simple technical issues;
• Basic electric works knowledge andlicense is a bonus;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC systems plumbing maintenance and repair and general technical skills;
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces;
• Strong problemsolving and communication skills;
• Excellent written and spoken Estonian and English and Russian is a bonus;
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation are preferred.

*The role requiressometimes working after the official working hours including the weekends. Overtime is always mutually agreed upon and compensated with free time.
