Tasks

• Perform fullcycle recruitment for open positions: Sourcing Screening Interviewing coordinating hiring process Offer negotiation etc.
• Provide an overall outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction to on boarding.
• Will be hiring for both IT and NonIT Positions.
• Should be able to handle Entry Level / Lateral and Bulk Hiring.
• Be a Value Talent Partner to the clients maintain good client relationship.
• Your job would involve working closely with the HR team and hiring managers of clients on a regular basis.
• Constantly work on improvement of the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods.
• Continuously engage in Social Hiring using official social media platforms.

Requirements

• Any Graduates willing to work in the HR domain.
• MBA/MSW specializing in HR preferred.
• Able to work on critical and emerging skills should have an eye for details.
• Excellent communication skills & Good interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
• Ability to adapt to New Technologies and source from multiple portals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Doc Sheets)
• Ability to use ChatGPT.
• People management skills are required.
• Established team handling skills.
