What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties):

As part of our team, you will:

1. Customize Odoo modules and applications based on client needs.
2. Develop new features and functionalities within Odoo.
3. Design and create custom reports and dashboards using Odoo tools.
4. Work with teams to understand business requirements and propose solutions.
5. Troubleshoot and fix technical issues in Odoo.
6. Provide support and training to users.
7. Stay updated on Odoo developments and best practices.
8. Develop high-quality and scalable Odoo applications.

Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise What Matters Most for This Role:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of Odoo development experience.
• Strong understanding of Odoo framework and core modules.
• Experience with various Odoo versions.
• Familiarity with HR, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting modules.
• Ability to integrate Odoo with other applications.
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Additional Requirements:

In addition to the above, knowledge of:

• Experience in integrating Odoo with external systems and APIs is a plus.
• Odoo certificate or Python certificate is a plus
