Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Professional with a PMP Certification to lead and manage our Salesforce projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture implementation and project management principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Salesforce projects and be willing to relocate to our headquarters in City State.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project scope and develop detailed project plans.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and follow best practices.
• Manage project risks issues and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with crossfunctional teams.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Salesforce Certification (Administrator Advanced Administrator Developer Architect) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and project management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data models and best practices.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate to City State.
