• Act as the leading authority on medical technology innovations guiding the organization through industry shifts regulatory landscapes and technological advancements.
• Spearhead major technology implementation initiatives ensuring they align with strategic healthcare objectives and adhere to stringent regulatory standards.
• Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration bridging the gap between engineering product development and clinical operations to deliver seamless technology solutions.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance organizational competency in new medical technologies.
• Assess the impact and efficacy of implemented technologies fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships within the industry to maintain a competitive edge and stay abreast of cuttingedge technological developments.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic technology investments and contribute to the longterm technology roadmap.

Must Haves:

• Medical Devices Industry Experience
• Deep SME knowledge in 2 of these domains in: Research & Clinical Development Manufacturing and Sales & Marketing
• Understanding of Regulations and Data Standards for Medical Devices Industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of Regulatory Requirements including FDA ISO and other pertinent industry standards
