Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain budgeting forecasting and financial modeling processes.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analysis and variance analysis to optimize operational efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with department heads to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast identifying key trends and variances.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting systems.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems Excel etc.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
