We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Senior Executive – Process Excellence for a Financial Services company located in Colombo.
Job Role
Job Role
- Champion process improvement initiatives leading the team in process mapping streamlining and ensuring operational effectiveness.
- Manage process migrations driving seamless transitions and maximizing efficiency.
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading and motivating your team.
- Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations.
- Degree or professional qualifications in Business Management Accounting (ICASL
- ACCA CIMA or CMA) preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a process excellence role with a proven track record of
- successful process migrations.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Six Sigma certification a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in IT (experience with MS Visio & Minitab a plus).
