MIGMAG Welder - Vehicle Maintenance Project

• Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications.
• Determine the appropriate welding technique based on the type and thickness of metal.
• Operate welding equipment to join metal parts using MIG/MAG welding techniques.
• Conduct inspections to ensure the quality of the welds meet project specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Work with project managers to prioritize welding tasks based on the needs of the project.
• Keep accurate records of all welding work performed.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Train and supervise junior welders as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a welding program or relevant work experience.
• Experience working with MIG/MAG welding techniques.
• Knowledge of different welding methods and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid drivers license.

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to stand or kneel for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
