Client: A subsidiary of a leading oil and gas exploration and production company.

Type of hiring: 2 years renewable contract
Key Accountabilities:
Essential Requirements
- Provide support to the Head of the Section in negotiating reviewing drafting and finalizing operational agreement contracts.
- Take responsibility for key operational agreements including but not limited to Power Purchase Agreement Land Sublease Agreement Water Supply Agreement Common Facilities Agreement Sulphur Sale Agreement Right of Ways Crossing Agreement Construction and TieIn Agreement (CTIA) and Land Use Agreement (LUA).
- Effectively manage and ensure the implementation and compliance of established operational and commercial contracts.
- Coordinate meetings related to interfaces and key operational agreements both internally and externally to initiate discussions and formalize settlements for both commercial and technical support.
General Requirements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders including but not limited to Joint Venture Partners (JVPs) local government bodies communities and business partners.
- Develop and maintain networking with customers (crude and gas buyers) and endusers such as power plants and refineries.
Qualifications
- University degree (or similar qualification) in Engineering or related fields of study.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
- Experience with operational agreements such as Power Purchase Agreement Land Sublease Agreement Water Supply Agreement Common Facilities Agreement Sulphur Sale Agreement Right of Ways Pipeline Crossing Agreement Construction and TieIn Agreement (CTIA) and Land Use Agreement (LUA).
- Familiarity with the Malaysian upstream oil & gas industry.
- Strong teamwork communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with major oil and gas projects.
- Experience in negotiating oil and gas contracts.
- Malaysian with proficiency in both oral and written English.
