• Lead a dynamic team of 6 project managers offering guidance support and mentorship to inspire high performance.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define clear project scope objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules budgets and resource plans.
• Conduct engaging project status meetings and keep stakeholders informed with regular updates.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards policies and procedures.
• Proactively monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by pinpointing and acting on opportunities for process enhancements.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience managing complex fixture and casework millwork projects.
• Proven ability to confidently tackle complex challenges.
• Passion for leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills that drive team success.
• Exceptional problemsolving communication and decisionmaking abilities.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Bachelors degree in construction management business management engineering or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in creating financial reports and maintaining project budgets.
