Job Title: PeopleSoft CRM Analyst
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective PeopleSoft CRM solutions.
- Design configure and maintain PeopleSoft CRM modules to meet business needs.
- Provide daytoday support for PeopleSoft CRM applications including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including system specifications configuration guides and user manuals.
- Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective utilization of PeopleSoft CRM applications.
- Stay current with PeopleSoft CRM updates and new features and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience working with PeopleSoft CRM applications.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft CRM modules and functionality.
- Experience with PeopleSoft development tools including Application Designer PeopleCode Application Engine and Integration Broker.
- Proficient in SQL and PeopleSoft Query.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
