Job Title: PeopleSoft CRM Analyst

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective PeopleSoft CRM solutions.
• Design configure and maintain PeopleSoft CRM modules to meet business needs.
• Provide daytoday support for PeopleSoft CRM applications including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including system specifications configuration guides and user manuals.
• Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality.
• Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective utilization of PeopleSoft CRM applications.
• Stay current with PeopleSoft CRM updates and new features and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience working with PeopleSoft CRM applications.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft CRM modules and functionality.
• Experience with PeopleSoft development tools including Application Designer PeopleCode Application Engine and Integration Broker.
• Proficient in SQL and PeopleSoft Query.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
