Investor Relations Support For Active Pooling

Responsibilities

• Provide support in researching and analyzing financial data for our clients and their competitors.
• Help to create maintain and update marketing materials and presentations for clients and investors.
• Assist in drafting press releases earnings releases and other investor communications.
• Manage the investor database including updating contact information and maintaining records of interactions.
• Coordinate and assist in organizing investor events and roadshows.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business intelligence teams to ensure that the company has the necessary information on competitors.
• Stay uptodate on market trends and share insights with the investor relations team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Business Administration or a relevant field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ERP Software and familiarity with investor relations software such as PitchBook Capital IQ or CB Insights
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts and statements and excellent data analysis skills
• Familiarity with SEC rules and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detailoriented and organized with excellent prioritization skills
