We are seeking a proactive and skilled Debt Advisory Consultant to join our team on a fulltime basis. As a Debt Advisory Consultant you will provide expert guidance to corporate clients on debt financing strategies capital structuring and refinancing options. Your role will involve analyzing financial situations negotiating with lenders and advising clients on optimizing their debt portfolios to achieve financial objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis including cash flow modeling debt capacity assessment and financial statement analysis to evaluate clients current financial positions and debt needs.
- Debt Financing Strategy: Develop and recommend tailored debt financing strategies based on clients objectives market conditions and risk tolerance. Advise on optimal capital structure and funding alternatives.
- Debt Restructuring and Refinancing: Assist clients in evaluating and executing debt restructuring initiatives refinancing existing debt facilities negotiating terms with lenders and optimizing debt maturity profiles.
- Transaction Support: Provide advisory support on debtrelated transactions including leveraged finance acquisition financing project finance and corporate restructurings.
- Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients offering strategic guidance on debt management covenant compliance liquidity management and financial risk mitigation.
- Lender Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders financial institutions and capital providers. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
- Market Research and Insights: Stay updated on market trends debt market conditions regulatory changes and financing options. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry best practices and market intelligence.
- Financial Modeling and Presentations: Prepare comprehensive financial models presentations and pitch materials to illustrate proposed debt structures financing options and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
