Title: MS D365 CRM Functional Consultant

Location: Rochester NY area USA. Remote is okay but the candidate should be travel ready for any business need and to support SIT CRPs UAT Production Cutover if needed to

Duration: Long Term Contract

Must Haves:

• Must have atleast 10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales Marketing Field Services Project Operations) and Power platform.
• Dynamics 365 Functional with knowledge on Customizations and Configurations.
• Should be able to analyze and validate fitment of a requirement with Dynamics.
• Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and best practices. Should be able to prepare functional documentation.
• Must be able to work directly with the client and lead functional design discussions with business and bridge the gap between business and technology team.
