Your expertise in neonatology will be utilized to diagnose and treat medical conditions that affect newborns, especially those who are premature or critically ill. Responsibilities: - Provide specialized medical care to newborn infants, including those who are premature, critically ill, or require specialized treatment - Assess and manage the health and development of newborns, including monitoring vital signs, conducting physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic tests - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans - Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and recommend therapeutic interventions - Educate and support families, including explaining medical conditions, discussing treatment options, and addressing their concerns - Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and continuous learning opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
