UIUX DESIGNER

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create user personas user journey maps wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs.
• Design and deliver wireframes user stories user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction visuals and experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
• Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the intended user experience.
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD InVision and Axure.
• Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a userfocused mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with frontend development (HTML CSS JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
