سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيJob Description: Technical Project Manager (Professional Services) Role Overview: The Technical Project Manager plays a crucial role in leading customer end to end Implementations within our Professional Services team, composed of Database Consultants, Migration Consultants, Trainers, and Solution Architects. This important position demands effective project coordination and leadership, with a steadfast commitment to achieving project objectives, that is aligned with our mission to ensure customers successfully adopt our products and experience improved time to value. This role is pivotal to delivering a first class Professional Services Delivery Experience for our partners and customers alike. Key Responsibilities: ● Project Management: Lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, time, and quality objectives. ● Team Leadership: Motivate and manage cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. ● Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication across all project levels, ensuring clear status reporting and stakeholder engagement internally and externally ● Risk Management: Proactively identify and address project risks, maintaining project alignment with goals. ● Resource Management: Efficiently manage resource allocation and maintain accurate financial and project reports. ● Process and Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards in project delivery, implementing change controls and adhering to governance processes. ● Coaching and Development: Provide guidance to team members and contribute to their professional growth. Core Deliverables: ● Implement and manage projects to EDB expected high standards. ● Develop comprehensive project trackers and plans and manage stakeholder engagement ● Coordinate project goals, requirements, and impact analyses. ● Establish and monitor financial budgets and project timelines. ● Facilitate effective communication and reporting mechanisms. ● Ensure project completion and sign off meets all agreed criteria and integrate lessons learned into, future projets lessons learned into future projects. ● Provide effective handover to the customer along with internal departments such as Sales, Support, Technical Account Management and Customer Success Management
