The Role: As a Full Stack Tech Lead you will be at the forefront of technological innovation leading a team in the design development and deployment of robust web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of scalable and secure fullstack applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure the timely delivery of highquality software solutions
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance and user experience
• Manage code reviews testing and deployment processes

Requirements:

• Proven 7 years of experience in tech including fullstack developing background.
• Proven strong knowledge and experience in React programming language.
• Proven experience in leading fullstack development teams.
• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Experience in the FinTech and/or Ecommerce industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript Python or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
