Designer 12-Month Contract

This position focuses on marketing production and communication to support local markets ensuring brand implementation and growth. Youll work within our evolving brand guidelines creating digital ads campaign work and animations. This is a 12month employment contract covering parental leave.

Job Mission

• Market Support: Collaborate with local marketing teams to bring the Tibber brand to life.
• Social Media Enhancement: Elevate our social media presence with a cohesive look and feel.
• Visual Design: Create highperforming ads for all channels to engage our target audience.
• Brand Execution: Ensure messaging aligns with our brand essence across markets and social media.
• Storytelling: Develop creative concepts and messaging based on customer insights.
• Trend Exploration: Stay updated on industry trends audience behaviors and pop culture.
  

Ideal Profile

Hard Skills:

• Design Software: Proficiency in Figma Adobe Creative Suite ChatGPT DallE and Cavalry.
• Attention to Detail: High precision in design ensuring visuals advance communication.
• Web Development: Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS is a plus.
• Video and Animation: Ability to create video and animated banners is beneficial.

Soft Skills:

• Creative and Strategic Thinking: Work both creatively and strategically with business needs in mind.

Previous Experience:

• Creative Environment: Experience in an ad agency PR agency or inhouse agency.
• Portfolio: A visually strong portfolio showcasing your creative mindset and problemsolving abilities.
• Marketing Production: Proven experience with digital ads campaigns and animations.
• Independent Work: Ability to work independently managing creative ideas and handson design.
