Deskside Support Level 1 and 2

Join our team as a Deskside Support Level 1 and 2 Technician and be the first line of assistance for our employees technology needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide handson support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Tasks

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
• Install configure and troubleshoot desktops laptops printers and other peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues promptly.
• Set up and configure new equipment for users.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Technical certifications or coursework in IT preferred.
• Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical users.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Local language German B2
