As the Ground Training Coordinator, your role will be critical in supporting the Ground Training management in several tasks related to the systems. You will be assigned administrative and coordination tasks in several departmental systems including LMS and projects related to LMS and other departmental projects. Your duties will include: • Administering different systems / software in use within Ground Training and Pilot Selection Department for raising purchase orders, contract and IT related requests and ensuring smooth operations. • Evaluating and suggesting ways of process improvements for existing systems to ensure effective utilization of the system. • Running LMS reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, or whenever requested so that relevant action may be taken by Monitor LMS courses deadlines by running daily report to ensure on-time course completion. • Creating and maintaining back-ups of printed exams for Type Rating and Performance at ITC by extracting exam instances from LMS and ensure they are always up-to-date when questions are updated by training management or technical instructors. • Verifying LMS Content by reviewing and testing eLearning courseware and updating UAT checklist to ensure the training content uploaded and used on the LMS is in line with Ground Training and Pilot Selection Department’s latest procedures and meets the management team’s requirements. In addition to these administrative tasks, you will be responsible for assisting LMS team with the LMS enrolments, extensions testing and release whilst ensuring department standards are maintained. Compliance with company standards and regulations is paramount, and you will participate in regular audits by running relevant reports to ensure department standards are followed. Qualifications About you The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications: • Relevant College or University qualifications with a minimum of 3 years job-related experience preferably within the airline industry. • Experience working with an LMS in an Administrator role or knowledge of LMS functionality. • Experience with databases and web-based tools. • Knowledge of Microsoft software and project management methodologies. • Ability to coordinate and interpret key data information. • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written English). • Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment, strong interpersonal skills, friendly and professional demeanor.
