Inspector QA QC Refractory

-Senior Refractory Supervisor shall have at least ten (12) years proven Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Oil & Gas industry, maintenance and at least five (4) years of experience in the Refractory Supervisor position 2 years as QA/QC Refractory 2 years as a foreman and remaining 2 years as refractory related craftsman.-Senior Refractory Supervisor qualification: Minimum Diploma in any discipline engineering like ceramic technology, civil, mechanical etc.-Senior Refractory Supervisor must have API-936 qualification.-Senior Refractory Supervisor must have experience in all refractory work, casting/pouring, gunning and ramming work including Quality Control during execution-Senior Refractory Supervisor must have experience in the laying of bricks and refractory bricks with different shapes and sizes for process industrial plant.-Senior refractory Supervisor must be able to estimate refectory material for upcoming scope and be able to maintain minimum stock.-Senior Refractory Supervisor shall demonstrate an understanding of HSE issues.-Senior Refractory supervisor must have had prior projects work experience-Senior Refractory Supervisor shall be capable to interpreting engineering drawings and shall have a suitable knowledge of process systems.-Senior Refractory Supervisor shall be responsible for delivery of toolbox talks, exert full disciplinary and trade control over the artisans.-Senior Refractory Supervisor shall be capable of performing all necessary PTW for Work e.g. Confine Space Entry, Fire Hazard, Clearance and others.-Senior Refractory Supervisor must have a valid Qatari Driving licence and defensive driving training, so as to be able to utilise vehicles when required
