Responsible to implement the National Talent Development Programmes in line with the Graduate and Aviation Management programme manuals, policies and procedures. Successful integration, work readiness and development of National developees and experienced professionals into actual roles across QR Group is the objective. The role is responsible for managing high potential National talent through strong departmental relationships. Responsible for continuous engagement of key stakeholders in particular Line Managers and Department Heads of the Development Support Model. Monitoring effectiveness of programme suitability in line with business objectives will also form a key part of the role. Key accountabilities include: • Implement and facilitate regular on-going Performance Management sessions to equip the business with the right support required to develop Nationals in critical roles • Integrate Graduate and Aviation Management programmes to relevant Departments in order to support Divisional and Departmental objectives by: • Defining the programme purpose, structure, responsibilities, and priorities for each Division and Departmental Head • Facilitating performance management sessions for Line Managers to meet company, division, department and individual objectives with measurable targets • Measure key performance indicators for measuring programme effectiveness by establishing regular training and feedback sessions • Ensure development plans as per programme manual requirements are in line with future QR.07 roles and responsibilities in line with future QR.07 roles identified • * Monitor the effectiveness of key stakeholders within the Development Support Model by: • Developing structured customer feedback / surveys at critical points throughout the fiscal year • Design and facilitate performance management and coaching skills training as a form of continuous development and improvement • Continuously evaluate learning and development interventions with line manager to ensure the needs of internal stakeholders are being met with the right providers • Evaluate SMART KPI’s with line manager to ensure NTD team create shared responsibilities for all key stakeholders • Provide on-going feedback to line manager on the progress of strategic roadmap tool to monitor and track progress. • Introduce new policies which will add value to the overall objectives of the Graduate and Aviation Management Programmes. • Provide a platform for feedback from all key stakeholders and channel for formal feedback to line manager • Facilitates constructive feedback for National Developees to Line Managers and/or HR Business Support in line with performance management and behavioural objectives set in order to manage difficult issues. • Ensures all technical and non-technical professional Learning & Development training is completed, according to the Graduate and Aviation Management programmes and aligned to the Divisional and Departmental needs and expectations. • Regularly communicates progress on new programme or policy improvements ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed, updated and engaged through regular weekly meetings and engagement sessions • Manages the delivery of Graduate and Aviation Management Programmes to agreed quality and performance standards, within agreed timeline and budget. • Identifies continuous improvement activities in the areas of Graduate and Aviation Management Programme through identification of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, competencies and experience that support development into actual positions. • Ensuring all key stakeholders of the Development Support Model understand what is expected of them; their skills and support to achieve this driving engagement; and their contribution to organisational goals and objectives. • Ensures effective communication with Divisions linking programme objectives and skills to enhance key relationships • Evaluate performance management programme implementation through a monthly reporting tool • Provides weekly reports on Graduate and Aviation Management Programmes progress, risks and issues • Responsible of preparing Rotation plans that will serve the development of the Graduate Developees and agreeing with the division heads on the processes.
