الوصف الوظيفي
- Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.
- Developing and maintaining quality metrics to track and report on the effectiveness of quality control processes and procedures.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent a recurrence.
- Participating in new product development projects to ensure that quality control requirements are incorporated into the design and development process.
- Executing assigned test cases and cross-test on other stories, Logs issues, tracking them until closure, and Reporting test execution status to Principle/Lead.
- Providing training and support to team members on quality control processes and procedures.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control and incorporating them into the company's quality control processes and procedures.
