Preferred qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles setting strategy, designing and executing complex people programs of global scope and leading organizations through periods of significant change. Experience supporting sales, product, and technology teams building for enterprise customers.
- Excellent cross-functional collaborator and influencer. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders and advocate change through influence rather than authority and senior level HR management and generalist experience in a high performing and fast paced global environment, especially in high tech.
- Ability to build trusted relationships, coaching and advising senior leaders, and effectively challenging others.
