Administrative Services Assistant

NA1NA Job Code NA1NA Summary: under general supervision is responsible for professional staff work of routine through average difficulty. Administrative detail; and performs related work as required. An employee in this class routinely performs general assignments and other duties which do not require his/her personal attention. Position is Data Entry Specialist in busy office setting. Must be able to multitask and quick learner. Typing answer phones scheduling appointment giving out basic information. Operates standard office machines and equipment as necessary. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
