Job Description for Physical Therapist

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient evaluations to establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide handson therapy and exercises to improve patients' physical health.
• Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises at home.
• Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the treatment process.

Essential Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience working in a physical therapy setting.
• Experience with a variety of patient populations and conditions.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and trends.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: $12 $14 per hour (annual salary).
