Overview

The B2B Sales Consultant plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base through effective sales strategies and client engagement. This position is vital to the organization as it directly impacts the companys bottom line and market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through various channels including cold calling networking and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and targeted campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for the company and the clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts reports and insights to the management team.
  • Participate in industry events trade shows and conferences to represent the company and explore networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including customer support and product development to address customer needs and improve service offerings.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and position complex products or services to B2B clients.
  • Strong negotiation and dealclosing skills with a focus on building longterm relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in B2B sales and client relationship management.
