National Warehouse Manager

What You Do:

Manage Warehouses:

Look after all the warehouses where we keep our materials and finished products.

Make sure everything is done according to the rules and standards to keep things safe and highquality.

Lead the Team:

Be a good leader for the team which includes people from different places and backgrounds.

Train and help your team grow and improve.

Transport and Distribution:

Handle all transportation tasks from buying to paying for the transport.

Work with the Transportation Supervisor to make deals and contracts for transportation.

Warehouse Management:

Make sure all warehouses are used properly and are not running out of stock.

Ensure that warehouse rent and contracts are handled on time.

Keep the warehouses in line with government safety rules.

System Management:

Implement a system to manage warehouses efficiently and keep track of performance.

Stock Management:

Regularly check stock levels to ensure accuracy.

Aim for almost no difference in stock count when checked by an external auditor.

Safety and Quality:

Ensure warehouses follow safety and quality regulations.

Make sure warehouses are clean and organized.

Continuous Improvement:

Encourage a culture of always getting better to support professional and financial growth.

Implement safety and health policies effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Education:

Graduation in Engineering Administration or something similar.

• Skills:

Understand and apply logistics standards and policies.

Show strong planning organizational analytical and financial skills.

Be good with computers.

Be good at negotiating and dealing with people.

Proficiency in English and Arabic.

• Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in managing warehouses.

Experience in the Middle East and working with fastmoving consumer goods (FMCG).

Experience in inventory management and planning.

Experience working with different cultures.
