Compensation: $90000 $100000 per year

RVP Consultants is seeking skilled and experienced Mitigation Managers to lead mitigation teams in responding to and managing disaster restoration projects. The Mitigation Manager is vital for ensuring that all mitigation efforts are executed effectively minimizing damage and restoring properties to their preloss condition.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Oversee and manage mitigation projects from start to finish.

• Conduct initial assessments of damaged properties and develop detailed mitigation plans.

• Coordinate with clients insurance adjusters and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Team Leadership:

• Lead train and supervise a team of mitigation technicians and specialists.

• Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and development.

Technical Expertise:

• Utilize advanced techniques and equipment for water extraction drying mold remediation and other mitigation processes.

• Ensure all mitigation work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Stay updated on the latest mitigation technologies and best practices.

Quality Control:

• Perform regular inspections to ensure the quality and completeness of mitigation work.

• Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain high standards of service.

• Document all mitigation activities and prepare detailed reports for clients and insurance companies.

Client Communication:

• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the mitigation process.

• Provide regular updates and address any concerns or questions.

• Ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships for future business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science Construction Management or related field preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in mitigation management preferably in the disaster restoration industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of mitigation processes and equipment.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
