JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the analysis UI/UX and help in implementation of strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity. Introducing a guide for future solutions starting from researching progressive systems solutions to the impact evaluation.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Web Engineering and Designs
EXPERIENCE
1 years relevant to job experience conducting activities and assignments similar to the role requirements.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Technical:
Experience and comfort with Agile methodologies
Ability to understand the documentation requirements of requests and problems
Proven analytical abilities
Experience in generating process documentation and reports
Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Solid experience with standard UX software tools. Preferably Figma
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate analyse and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis and maintain systems processes including the delivery of status reports to all appropriate parties
Elicit requirements using interviews document analysis requirements workshops surveys site visits business process descriptions use cases scenarios business analysis tasks and workflow analysis.
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
Strong analytical and product management skills are required including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements
Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance client systems.
Design the main process of the system functionality including all the scenarios.
Assist in managing an outsourcing relationship for 3rd party application development and programming consultants.
Assist and demonstrate the new solution for the stakeholders to fully utilize the features.
Author and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
Improve and enhance the existing functionality to reduce the issue and ensure user acceptance.
Make recommendations and decisions to ensure scalability and longterm viability of solutions.
Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales finance security compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way communicating effectively and efficiently with production managerial and executive teams
Convert requirements and information collected into visible models and screens.
Provide web designing solutions and recommendations in creating user friendly clean and optimized systems.
Maintain a design system with all the user interface components
