Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and interpreting medical images such as Xrays CT scans MRIs and ultrasounds
• Providing accurate and timely reports on radiological findings
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Using advanced radiological technologies to perform diagnostic procedures
• Adhering to quality and safety standards in radiological practice
• Consulting with referring physicians to discuss imaging findings and recommendations
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases
• Supervising and training junior radiology staff and technologists
• Keeping abreast of advancements in radiological techniques and technologies
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in radiology

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree (DMRD/MD/DNB) with specialization in radiology
• Board certification in radiology
• Valid state medical license to practice as a radiologist
• Proven experience in diagnostic imaging and medical interpretation
• Strong understanding of radiological technologies and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage a high caseload effectively
• Detailoriented approach to analyzing and reporting radiological findings
• Commitment to delivering highquality patientcentered care
• Proficiency in using radiology information systems and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS)
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and professional development
