Key Responsibilities • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. • Conduct regular system audits and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and data integrity. • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP SuccessFactors. • Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices. • Overseeing the upcoming implementation of a new HRM system, such as SAP SuccessFactors or another HR system. • Implementing new performance management forms for 2024 in the existing SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module. • Providing ongoing support and managing routine HR system requirements. • Supporting the development of process automation apps. • Collaborating with HR teams to ensure seamless integrations with SAP ECC systems. • Conducting end-user training
