The Role

The Laundry Manager will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Laundry Department within the Rooms Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the laundry department's daily operations
• Managing the department's budget & control the expenditure.
• Have a complete knowledge of all areas in the laundry operation; washing, spotting, dry-cleaning, and pressing.
• Manage the laundry training, and monitoring the quality of the laundry and quantities.
• Maintain the highest standards when handling guest laundry / dry cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction.
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same position in a 5 stars hotel.
• Strong knowledge in the laundry, cleaning chemicals, and laundry processes management.
