Carbiz is looking for proactive friendly and meticulous individuals to join our Operations team as Customer Service Executives.

About the Role:

• Deliver vehicles to clients ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Provide topnotch customer service by addressing client inquiries resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist with the coordination of vehicle logistics ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare cars for hire including thorough detailing of the vehicles interior and exterior.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new clients ensuring they have all the information and support they need.
• Enjoy the thrill of driving a variety of highquality vehicles!

About You:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (Essential).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently manage your time effectively and thrive in a teambased environment.
• Ordinary hours vary between 7:00am9:00pm MondayFriday with 8hour shifts. Must be available for weekend and afterhours callouts if needed.
