Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Pre Sales professional at our office in Amman. The Pre Sales professional will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, communicating with clients, providing consulting services, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team in the pre-sales process.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Consulting, and Presales skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the IT industry and knowledge of IT services
- Strong problem-solving abilities
