Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team specializing in Restaurants & Food Service sector transactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in investment banking focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) capital raising and strategic advisory services within the vibrant food and beverage industry. Responsibilities:

• Assist senior bankers in executing transactions including M&A advisory capital raising and strategic consulting assignments within the Restaurants & Food Service sector.
• Conduct financial analysis including financial modeling valuation and comparable company analysis.
• Prepare client presentations pitch materials and information memoranda.
• Perform industry and companyspecific research to support transaction execution and client meetings.
• Assist in the due diligence process including coordination with legal accounting and other professional advisors.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across different functional areas to deliver highquality client service and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in investment banking corporate finance or related fields preferred (internship experience will be considered).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Enthusiasm for the Restaurants & Food Service industry and a desire to develop sectorspecific expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
