Job Responsibilities & Duties:
1) Distribution:
- Ensure DCP products are prominent for multi-product distributors.
- Develop a distribution strategy for each country and collaborate with distributors to ensure consistent availability in retail & wholesale trade, and impactful presence at retail outlets.
- Strategize to enhance DCP branding at key retail outlets.
- Ensure DCP products are listed and promoted on leading e-commerce platforms.
2) Smart Pricing:
- Regularly update DCP database on prices of leading competitive products and assess their strengths and weaknesses.
3) Product & Packaging Development / Upgrade.
4) Display stands & in-store communication tools.
5) Promotional Activity & Communication with Consumers:
- Website, Large & Medium-size Contractors, Small contractors & Applicators, Periodical Promotions, Advertising.
6) Lead, Train, and Develop Sales Managers & Sales Reps. in each country.
7) Manage a separate Retail business P&L by country.
8) Market research & surveys:
- Develop a plan to conduct selective research and surveys in key countries to assess market size, DCP share, growth%, and end-user satisfaction.
9) Business Travel & Online Meetings:
- Travel frequently to visit subsidiary countries.
- Utilize online Teams app frequently to follow up and review progress with Sales Managers and other Function Heads.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree is required. Majoring in Marketing or Finance is preferred.
Experience:
- Knowledge and experience in a similar industry are preferred.
- Ideally with 15 to 20 years of experience in Sales & Distribution with a successful track record across multi-countries in the MEA region.
- Marketing-oriented with the ability to optimize sales and brand equity

- Excellent leadership skills: Able to lead a highly effective sales management team which can deliver outstanding growth, and to develop productive relationships with management colleagues and other stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
- Ability to develop and communicate business development plans effectively, as well as executing the plans.
- Financial acumen; able to analyze and assess financial data. Can translate such analysis into objective tasks.
- An outstanding figurehead and motivator. Charismatic with high levels of enthusiasm, and an energizer who makes things happen.
- Strong command of P&L management skills.
- Top-level analytical & negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic & English. French is an advantage.
- Strong in Excel & PowerPoint – familiarity with SAP is a plus.
