Our client an IT consultancy firm based in Dubai is seeking a Product specialist to be based in Qatar. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong understanding of the Qatar market. The ideal candidate will have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets building and maintaining client relationships and driving business growth. Familiarity with the Qatar market is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Prospect qualify and close sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers market trends and competitive landscape in the Qatar market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients understanding their needs addressing concerns and providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the companys customer base and market presence in Qatar.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and services as well as their features benefits and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to clients showcasing the benefits and value of the companys products and services.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms pricing and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Sales Administration: Manage sales activities and documentation including sales orders contracts and customer records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports forecasts and pipeline updates to sales management providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product development and customer support to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the Qatar market and understanding of local business practices cultural nuances and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions overcome objections and close deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and build longterm partnerships.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages spoken in Qatar is a plus.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within Qatar as required.
