RDKB Lead Engineer

Location: Philadelphia PA. Fine with 100% remote but some travel is expected to Philadelphia.

HM Feedback:
Must be well experienced(atleast 15 yrs) in code development for broadband devices/technology.
Must be strong with embedded C/C Linux systems Yocto build system.
Must have experience in leading teams coordinating with multiple stakeholders


JD:
15 years of experience of embedded systems and embedded software development
Strong programming skills in C and C
Strong knowledge in Linux Linux programming
Good development experience in network and gateway devices for developing features in device management WiFi and other functionalities
Development experience in RDKB stack is preferred. Alternatives very good development experience on OpenWRT or other OEM networking stack.
Very Good knowledge in networking protocols including TCP/IP UDP DHCP DNS and other relevant protocols for networking devices
Knowledge of the Yocto build system
Experience working on multiple Broadband access technologies like DOCSIS GPON etc
Very good communication skills and the ability to articulate architectural and technical details to the group of SMEs in the respective domains
