Manage brain injury cases comprehensively offering unparalleled legal support and empathy.
Collaborate with the team to prioritise client rehabilitation and efficient case management.
Maintain transparent communication with clients families and stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.
Customize case strategies to address the unique needs of each claimant.
Coordinate extensive documentation and expert reports to present each clients narrative effectively.
Work closely with seasoned counsel to ensure stellar client representation.
Employ ADR techniques to maximize settlements while preparing cases for trial if required.
Ensure judicious cost management across all cases.
Stay abreast of pertinent personal injury law developments particularly in the realm of brain injury.
Contribute significantly to teamwide marketing and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing brain injury cases from start to finish including within court proceedings and Joint Settlement Meetings.
- A passion for ensuring early and full rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills utilising a variety of methods with the ability to empathise with clients patiently and effectively advocate on their behalf.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to formulate case strategies and tactics.
- Acumen around issues of costs and disbursements
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of client care professionalism and ethics.
- An interest in understanding and developing team systems and processes.
- Experience and interest in marketing and business development in the area of brain injury
