Job Title : Project Technical Lead
Job Type : C2C/1099/W2

We are seeking a Project Technical Lead you will be responsible for ensuring the successful initiation planning execution control and completion of projects. Your role involves guiding team members on technical aspects leading project development production support and maintenance activities. Additionally you will oversee timesheet completion invoicing processes and lead customer interactions to address issues proactively.
Responsibilities:
- Guide team members on technical aspects and conduct reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
- Lead project development production support and maintenance activities.
- Understand the SDLC strategy and highlevel activities.
- Technical knowledge will be beneficial but not necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of timesheets and the invoicing process.
- Lead the customer interface for the project proactively addressing any issues before escalation.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Continuously assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to project progress and outcomes.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
