Provides professional nursing skills in assessing planning implementing and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients. Utilizing the Nursing Process the RN plans implements directs and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes. The Wound Care Nurse works collaboratively with all other disciplines on the assigned unit. Additionally the RN prioritizes nursing actions and will implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.

• 2 years experience with acute wound care REQUIRED
• Experience with Cerner EMR REQUIRED
• Experience in a high volume fastpaced environment (ED or ICU) REQUIRED
• Copy of agencys IL nursing license included in submission REQUIRED
