Job title: Virtual Assistant (Social Emphasis)

Schedule: MF 9AM5PM PST
ABOUT THE COMPANY The company is a marketing consultancy founded on over 30 years of combined marketing experience and provides a proven track record for business professionals in formulating and implementing creative clientfacing solutions that drive increased growth brand awareness and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- One of the biggest responsibilities is responding to DM's making basic posts etc. This will be done primarily across instagram and linkedin
- Following up with basic project management items. Take on new tasks as needed. Really just be a general admin for Courtney and her sister Kelly.
- Research basic projects for the client related to market trendsIf they are talented they will be given more responsibility and will be an incredible value add to the team
- Organizing and maintaining files and databases in a confidential manner
- Calendar Management: setting up for meetings regularly reviewing scheduled meetings evaluating priorities and modifying previously scheduled appointments
- Generating reports and presentations transcribing minutes from meetings
- Managing communication including emails and phone calls
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Admin role preferably in Marketing.
- Degree in Marketing is a big plus.
- Tools: Google Suite/Google Docs X mind is an app with the script (no need to be fluent) Instagram LinkedIn etc.HubSpot (nice to have). They will have video and guide them through certain things
- Experience with Google ads that'd be great but not required
- Must have a very high level of English fluency
- Looking for someone who is very intelligent creative can think on their feet and simply gets stuff done.
