Responsibilities:

• One of the biggest responsibilities is responding to DM's making basic posts etc. This will be done primarily across instagram and linkedin
• Following up with basic project management items. Take on new tasks as needed. Really just be a general admin for Courtney and her sister Kelly.
• Research basic projects for the client related to market trendsIf they are talented they will be given more responsibility and will be an incredible value add to the team
• Organizing and maintaining files and databases in a confidential manner
• Calendar Management: setting up for meetings regularly reviewing scheduled meetings evaluating priorities and modifying previously scheduled appointments
• Generating reports and presentations transcribing minutes from meetings
• Managing communication including emails and phone calls
