Job purpose:
To grow Smart s customer base by selling Smart s products & services through identifying leads educating prospects and closing on all identifies prospect customers within agreed timelines.
Job Summary:
Customer Sales and Service Officer Graduate Trainee conduct and carry out Smart system installation and training of users including field support.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Coordinate and carry out Smart system installation at the appointed healthcare facilities
2. To carry out successful upgrade and installation of the new versions of the Smart system at existing service providers in the allocated regions in line with timelines agreed with customers.
3. To carry out initial and refresher training of system users at the service providers on effective system use and basic troubleshooting procedures.
4. Carry out training on use of Smart solutions that include but not limited to SmartLink Portal and Smart Access
5. Handle customer enquiries through telephone email or other provided means
6. To collect and timely report on feedback regarding Smart system acceptance use improvements and any challenges with Smart solutions at the installed sites.
7. Formulate and disseminate training guides to the customers/Providers
8. Carryout field support through field provider and customer visits as well as
9. Assist in the card production and ensuring deliveries to the respective customers where needed
10. Be involved in strategizing for accelerated growth in the new market involving acquisition of customers and additional installation
11. Support project implementations and support of the Smart Health.
Requirements
Qualifications
1. Bachelor of science Computer Science/IT/BBIT or related with at least 1 years experience in Smart.
2. Flexible to travel on short notice and to various markets as business may dictate
3. Possessing Valid Travel Documents
4. Fluent in English and French is an added advantage.
