Job Description:

• Seeking associates with 4 years of experience for the Labor & Employment managementside team in San Diego.
• On site position
• Ideal candidates are employment litigators with strong academic backgrounds.
• Must have knowledge of State and Federal fair employment laws wagehour laws FMLA and related legislation.
• Experience in case preparation for employment matters before state and federal agencies and courts is required.
• Ability to independently handle responsibilities such as attending hearings drafting and responding to discovery and preparing motions for federal and state court.
• Expected to manage cases through to trial.
