Merchandising Team Leader Immediate Start

We are looking for energetic gogetter Retails Merchandising Team Leaders to join our team!

We conduct Merchandising activities all over the UK. We have a range of retail brands that we service these include Sainsbury s Tesco Morrison s Home Bargains and many more.

What we need from you as a Retail Merchandising Team Leader:

• Team player enthusiastic and energetic.
  
• Experience in a similar position
  
• Due to the nature of our work you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night. Shift length will range from 10 12 hours.
  
• Ability to work within a team and to use your own initiative .
  
• Be able to lead a small team and liaise with the customer project manager
  
  
  

Requirements

• Responsible for the team deployed at the store.
  
• Main point of contact with the store team and should channel all communication effectively.
  
• Should ensure that all members of the team adhere to the policies and guidelines.
  
• Will conduct any required audits.
  
• Will be responsible for delivering the agreed KPIs.
  
• Must have full driving licence and own vehicle with class 1 business insurance
  

Full training will be provided.
