Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive fullservice logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBRs enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contracts original prime contractor. Today we have a workforce of over 6000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.

Job Summary

Executes the responsibilities for management of property at the site location. Leads a crossfunctional team and uses Six Sigma to design implement or reengineer work processes related to Government Property within the Integrated Supply Chain Finance Engineering Manufacturing or Aftermarket activities to ensure compliant system operation. Analyzes crossfunctional Government property procedures to assure continued compliance with contractual requirements. Advises affected organizations of required procedural changes provides appropriate guidance initiates and coordinates changes and negotiates required approvals with the Government. Leads the longterm planning process and develops strategic operating initiatives for departments that support organizational objectives. Recommends improvements in the operations processes. Experience and Education: A BS/BA degree in Business Administration Management Engineering or Manufacturing Technology and 8 years directly related experience. 16 years related professional experience might be substituted for the specific formal education when such experience will yield the same level of knowledge.
