Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd is the distributor and service provider of Doka products in Saudi Arabia is currently looking to recruit a career driven professional to join its versatile team and support the companys ongoing national expansion. The suitable candidate will be a qualified natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team.

Job Description

Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is looking for a Public Relations & Business Development Manager who needs to play a crucial role in enhancing the organizations visibility reputation and growth in Saudi Arabia.

As a Public Relations & Business Development Manager youll be responsible for managing communication initiatives fostering media relationships and identifying business opportunities. Your work will directly impact our brand image and market presence.

The employment will be based in Riyadh. If you are passionate about your work have an inner drive to succeed and a desire to learn and grow from your experience this could be the perfect next challenge for you.

This position requires an enthusiastic individual who understands the formwork and scaffolding industry. Your extensive experience in the construction filed will make you successful in this role. Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends customer insights and competitive landscape.
  • Gather insights on market dynamics customer preferences and emerging opportunities.

Business Development

  • Identify market drivers and strategies to develop and steer sales approaches.
  • Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business through facetoface contact and regular job site visits with customers as well as cold calling.
  • Proactively identify potential leads and nurture relationships.
  • To coordinate and effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders within the organization especially with global expertise center and country sales and engineering network and resources.
  • To be proactively involved and accountable from tendering through project acquisition and entire project handling.
  • Identify targeted marketing activities to reach potential clients.
  • Explore partnership opportunities with other organizations.

Public Relations & Marketing

  • Work closely with marketing sales and executive teams to align PR efforts with business goals.
  • Develop and implement PR strategies to position Doka as the clear No.1
  • Manage media relationships and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels in alignment with global communication guidelines and strategy.
  • Identify targeted marketing activities to reach potential clients.
  • Drive local marketing activities according to marketing calendar.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in public relations Marketing Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PR business development or a similar role.
  • Experience working with corporate design and communication guidelines.
  • Strong communication negotiation and networking skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Outstanding Commercial Business acumen > Strong sales affinity; Ideally proven track record as BD Manager in a Construction Company or similar
  • Handson approach and mentality
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proactive personality coupled with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Willingness to improve continuously.
  • Proficient computer skills using Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
  • Saudi National
